Information requests and previews.
Business information requests are submitted through this website and delivered to CSUITE SI by the site host’s form service. They are not saved in this browser and are not shared with a provider from the form. The provider application form remains a preview: it only shows a summary in your browser and is not submitted. Do not include confidential documents or account credentials.
No active subscriptions or payments.
If you select the updates checkbox, that preference is saved with your request. It does not create a separate subscription. Provider accounts, payments, live applications, and opportunity notifications are not enabled.
Website hosting.
This website is published as a static site. Business information requests are processed by the site host’s form service and can be reviewed by CSUITE SI. CSUITE has not added advertising trackers or third-party analytics to these pages. Your browser may retain form suggestions according to your browser settings.
The intended member experience.
There will be no public directory of business members’ names or contact details. The intended service lets members decide which providers may receive their information. Paid participation will not grant unrestricted access to member contact records.
What a request includes.
A request includes your name, company, business email, and message, plus any optional details you choose to add. CSUITE SI uses that information to review and respond to the request. It is not placed in a public directory. Do not include confidential documents, account credentials, or personal information you do not need to share.
